It's your heart, caregivers, that strives to fill the empty
soothe agitation
calm fears
In others
The mind says
I can't
I won't
The heart says
I will
And I will succeed
fail
phone it in
knock it out of the park
But I will
It's your heart that says
I am not a monster for what I did or didn't do
I am a caregiver
I am human
I am flaw
I am perfection
I am heart
Reading the post “I am heart” felt really emotional because it describes dementia in a very personal and human way, almost like the heart is speaking through memories and feelings. It made me think about how people still have emotions even when memories fade. I remember during a heavy study week I used assignment help for CIPD students to stay on track while learning difficult topics like this. It reminded me that support and understanding make tough situations easier to handle and more meaningful to reflect on.
So simplistic so beautiful such grace...this truly touched my very being! Thank you!
